

I've been a certified personal trainer since 2004, which means I've spent over 20 years learning what actually works — and what doesn't — especially as our bodies change with age. That experience is what I bring to every client I work with.
My focus is on practical, sustainable strength training for people who don't want to be treated like they're fragile, but also don't need a program built for a 25-year-old. I meet you where you're at and build from there.
Outside of coaching, I love spending time with my family, I love to travel, look after the garden, and read a good book when life allows. I know what it's like to juggle a busy life and still want to show up for yourself physically.

Yes. In fact, the right training often helps more than it hurts. I'll work around what you've got, build strength where it counts, and make sure every session is something your body can handle and recover from.
