Hi, I'm Peter Constantine

I help women and men over 50 who want to get stronger, move better, and feel good in their bodies.

I've been a certified personal trainer since 2004, which means I've spent over 20 years learning what actually works — and what doesn't — especially as our bodies change with age. That experience is what I bring to every client I work with.

My focus is on practical, sustainable strength training for people who don't want to be treated like they're fragile, but also don't need a program built for a 25-year-old. I meet you where you're at and build from there.

Outside of coaching, I love spending time with my family, I love to travel, look after the garden, and read a good book when life allows. I know what it's like to juggle a busy life and still want to show up for yourself physically.

FAQs

1. I haven't exercised in years. Is it too late to start?

Not even close. Some of my best results come from people who haven't trained in a long time. We start where you are — not where you think you should be. Your body is more capable than you're giving it credit for.

2. I have a bad knee / bad back / old injury. Can I still train?

Yes. In fact, the right training often helps more than it hurts. I'll work around what you've got, build strength where it counts, and make sure every session is something your body can handle and recover from.

3. I'm not sure I'm fit enough to start personal training. Won't I be embarrassed?

There's nothing to be embarrassed about — this isn't a gym where you're being judged. I work with real people at all fitness levels. The only thing that matters is that you showed up.
